Jean Boehmer, 65, of Denver IA died on Thursday, Aug 21,2025. She passed away at her home with family by her side.
Jean was a bartender for many years then moved on to work at the Home Shopping Network and then KwikStar.
Jean was loved by anyone who came to know her. She loved deeply and honestly and when you became her friend it was a friendship for life. She had a big heart and was always there to help anyone who needed it.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Mandi (Scott) Johnson, Son, Aaron Kingsley both of Denver Ia. Her grandchildren: Brittany Adair, Hayley Kingsley, Lynnzey Kingsley, Noah Johnson, Donald Mintey ,Kayce Kingsley and Kilee Jenson. Her Great Grand daughters Harper Simpson and Novalee Simpson. Her siblings; Tammy Frohn of Waterloo IA, Robert Kingsley, Rhonda (Eric) Pillow of Waterloo IA, John C. Kingsley of Nashua, John R.(Gina) Kingsley of Parkland WA, Carman (Robert) Shafer of Spanaway WA. and Many nieces and nephews!
Preceded in death by her mother Carole Showers of Waterloo IA her father Robert Kingsley of Tacoma WA and her sister Tracy Dove of Tacoma WA.
Jeans family will host a potluck dinner/Funeral at the American Legion on Saturday Aug 30,2025 at 2 pm in Denver Ia. Please bring a dish and come share your memories.
